The Sporting Next-Gen Invitational put on by @sportingkcyouth is always one of our favorite events of the year. We have a TON of teams (21 to be exact!) headed to KC to show everyone what we are all about at #sportingspringfield. Good luck to all of these teams competing!

What a great evening! Tuesday night Sporting Springfield hosting an Open ID Session for High School Girls at Allison Sports Town. It was open to any and all players in the area and over 40 girls from multiple clubs and high schools attended the event. In attendance were various college coaches including Missouri State, Missouri Southern, Mission University, Drury University, Southwest Baptist, Evangel University, and Crowder College. The event was free and the girls all had the opportunity to go through a session led by Sporting Springfield Girls Director Justin Hawkins. The girls also had the opportunity to do a meet and greet with all the college coaches in attendance.

The Girls Open ID Session is tomorrow! This session is open to any and all players to attend regardless of club/team and we encourage everyone to spread the word about the event. At this Open ID Session, we will have college coaches from Mission University, Missouri State University, Drury University, Missouri Southern University, Southwest Baptist University, Evangel University and Crowder College. February 20th from 7pm to 8:15pm on field 4 at Allison Sports Town

Several of our high school boys teams will be competing in the the Soccer Elite College Showcase at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex over the weekend in Memphis, TN! "In 2023, teams from TN, AR, AL, KS, MO, IL, MS, FL, TX, OK, KY, and OH joined us. In 2024, we are already expecting a broader reach. What about coaches? We are expecting over 103 D1, D1, D3, JUCO, and NAIA college coaches! A great opportunity for players to raise above the rest and to be seen! This event is capped at 100 teams to ensure quality recruiting opportunities. While no medal rounds are held, champions are listed in GotSoccer. USYS, US Club, AYSO & USSSA teams are welcome." Off ✈️ to the Sunshine State 🕶! 2008 Barcelona & 2007 Tottenham head to Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch, Florida (February 3-5) for their first National Event of the 2024 calendar year. So about last weekend…👇 The trip to the Las Vegas ECNL Showcase was awesome for all of our groups who were involved. It was a truly fun experience, unforgettable, and we made progress on the field as teams. Our players got to experience games against competition from Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, Washington, and California. Being able to see soccer from different parts of the country is always cool, and it was a great feeling to represent Springfield during all of these games. We are incredibly excited to get into the main part of our @ecnlboys conference schedule when we return in 2024. #ecnllv
